APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS GLYNN CLAN
for legal lot status on the property on Bay Lane Place with the
tax key number 2217.959. and
two ajoining lots, and
7.522 square feet in area, and
be 66 and 213 feet average width and 10.000 square feet in area,
and
2217.960, and
criteria of the Plan Commission in making its recommendation
shall give consideration to a redivision accomplished by
redefining the lotlines by the use of certified survey maps, and
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by Glynn Clan, Inc.
WHEREAS, Where this lot is held in the same ownership as
WHEREAS, This lot has an average width of 51 feet, and is
WHEREAS, The lots in this RS-3 OLS district are required to
WHEREAS, There is a cottage on both lots under key number
WHEREAS, 2.4 of the subdivision control ordinance states a
WHEREAS, Approximately 40% of the lots are substandard.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council approval of legal lot status for
the lot on Bay Lane Place with the tax key number 2217.959.
