APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ROBERT KLENZ
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Gerald E.
Casey. Land Surveyor, dated January 14, 1986, has been submitted
the to finalize a four parcel division of the property located in
NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, There has been a one parcel division of this
property dividing this lot into Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, and th
redivision of Parcel 1, and
is a
WHEREAS, Parcels of land can be divided into more than four
parcels within a five year period if the lands to be divided are
not held in the same ownership, and
WHEREAS, A sketch of this division was approved by the Plan
Commission on January 7, 1986.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a four parcel division of the property located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to a
$75.00 submittal fee and $600.00 in lieu of park dedication, and
to the approval of the City Engineers.
