RECOMMENDING REZONING FROM EA TO EA-00s MAXINE LEARNED
WHEREAS. The Common Council has received a petition from
Maxine Learned for her property located in the NW 1/4 of Section
21. addressed at W182 S8758 Racine Avenue for rezoning from EA to
EA-OOS. and
WHEREAS, The purpose for this petition is to permit a dance
studio, and
WHEREAS, This use is only permitted in an 00s district,
WHEREAS. The necessary public hearing has been scheduled.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for
the rezoning of the Maxine Learned property located in the NW 1/4
of Section 21 from EA to EA-OOS for the purpose of allowing a
dance studio.
