APPROVAL OF SKETCH NOLTING PROPERTY
WEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a 21 lot
subdivision in the N.W. 114 of Section 12 so that the developer
may request sewer extension from the sewer utility committee, and WHEREAS, Much of the land is zoned RS-2 with a large
portion being located in the wetland floodplain and lowland
district, and
280,000 square feet which more than meets the requirements, and
square feet and in RS-2, 20,000 square feet in area. and
Woods Road south located east of the creek and one south from
Woods Road approximately 300 feet from the west boundry and an
extension of Courtland to the south on City property. and
Drive there is a lift station for the sewer, and
this street, and
lift station by extending the sewer from the manhole in the
corner of Fairfield and Courtland to the existing manhole at
Muskego northeast lift station.
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a 21 lot
division of the Nolting property located in the N.W. 114 of
Section 12 and be receptive to a preliminary plat.
WHEREAS, These lots all range from 80.000 square feet to
