APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
EGG PRODUCTS, INC.
WHEREAS. A request has been submitted for a flat wall sign
designed by Poblocki & Sons for the property located at S66
W14328 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, There are two signs proposed. Proposal "A" to
include a solar reflective clock for the daylight hours and a
black light for night, and Proposal "B" without the clock, and
WHEREAS, Both signs meet the 5% requirement in this B-3
District, and
WHEREAS, Both signs are internally illuminated, and
WHEREAS, Both signs are colored orange and white.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego. does hereby approve Proposal B designed
by Poblocki & Sons for the property located at Sh6 W14328
Janesville Road.
