DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WERMS, A petition has been submitted by Glynn Clan, InC.
for legal lot status on the property on Bay Lane Place with the
tax key number 2217.959, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council denial of legal lot status for
the lot on Bay Lane Place with the tax key number 2217.959.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The Plan Commission would be
receptive to a certified survey map encompassing a greater width
than 51 feet than which is proposed on the vacant lot.
WHEREAS, Where this lot is held in the same ownership as
WHEREAS, This lot has an average width of 51 feet. and is
WHEREAS, The lots in this RS-2 OLS district are required to
