PCR1986007RESOLUTION 8p.c. 7-86 APPROVAL OF SKETCH HAROLD BAAS WHEREAS, It is proposed by Harold Baas to divide a six acre plot from a 24 acre parcel located in the E 1/2 of Section 15. and WHEREAS, This lot has been tested and approved for an onsite sewage disposal system, and WHEREAS, This lot does not abut a public street but can have access by permanent easement and, WHEREAS, Section 4.07 (4) states that the Plan Commission may permit a building on a tract of land of two acres in an area that has a permanent easement, and where possible may require full street reservation, and WHEREAS, The land to the north and west is not developed, and WHEREAS. An extension of Mystic Drive to serve the undeveloped land to the north and west would best be served by a road reservation. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the six acre division located in the E 1/2 of Section 15. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Tha't a 30 foot reservation be placed along the north end of both Parcels A & B. Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 11 7/86 . Defeated Deferred cv
