APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ROBERT KLENZ
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted by Robert Klenz for
the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 11. and
WHEREAS, There has been a one parcel division of this
property dividing this lot into Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, and this
is a four parcel division of Parcel 1 on Certified Survey Map
No.4753, and
WHEREAS, These lots meet the requirements of the RS-2
zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a four lot
division of the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission wou
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
division along with a $75.00 submittal fee and $600.00 fee
lieu of park dedication.
