APPROVAL OF BOUNDRIES
FRANK NARLOCK
WHEREAS, In August of 1985, the Southeastern Wisconsin
Regional Planning Commission was requested to review the Frank
Narlock property to determine wetland boundries. and
WHEREAS. In October of 1985, SEWRPC returned a report
indicating the boundries. and
WHEREAS, Mr. Narlock has submitted a previously approved
preliminary plat showing the zoning along with the proposed area
to be developed along the north side of Hillendale Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
a 200 foot strip on the north side of Hillendale Drive to be
located out of the wetland which can be used for development.
