PCR1986003RESOLUTION #P ,C. 3-86 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RS-2 TO RSA FRED RICHTER WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by Fred Richter to change the district map from RS-2 to RSA for the property located in the NW 114 of Section 4 which would permit construction of a two unit townhouse on the corner of College Avenue and Martin Drive and, WHEREAS, This is a triangular shaped lot on two heavily traveled roads. and WHEREAS, The southwest corner is business and multi-family zoning, and WHEREAS, The RSA zoning would act as a buffer between RS-2 and B-1 and RSM zoning, and WHEREAS, The RSA zoning is subject to approval of building site and operation plans by the Plan Commission. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the request of Fred Richter to rezone the property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 4 from RS-2 to RSA.
