RESOLUTION #P.C. 2-86
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE
CHAPTER 17 SECTION 6.07 (3) A.
WHEREAS. The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego
recommends to the Common Council amending Chapter 17 Section 6.07
(3) A. of the Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The purpose being to read as follows
A. A fee of $150.00 to defray the cost of
notification and holding of public hearing and
administrative processing. Where the applicant
is also requesting an accessory use in addition
additional $150.00 to defray the cost of
to a quarry permit, the fee shall be an
administration.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that 0 Chapter 17 Section 6.07 (3) A. of the Zoning Ordinance be amended
as shown above.
