APPROVAL OF SKETCH

WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 3.09 acres to convey to
the adjoining property, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned R-2 district requiring 175' average
width and 60,000 sq. feet in area, and
WHEREAS. This lot far exceeds the zoning requirements and
also shows a road reservation for future extension of
Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commiss

the sketch, and is receptive to a certified survey map for the
375' x 360' lot showing 60' road reservation for the purpose of
providing acreage that will permit the keeping of horses.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That approval would be sub.ject to a
fee of $200.00 in lieu of park dedication, $75.00 submittal fee,
and approval of the City Engineers.
