RESOLUTION #P.C. 174-85
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP QUENTIN J. WARGIN
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Randolph L.
Rafalski. land surveyor, dated November 8, 1985. has been
submitted for a proposed three parcel division creating a four
lot division, and
WHEREAS, This division meets the requirement for this RS-2
district, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map submitted for a
proposed three parcel division of the Quentin J. Wargin property
located in the SW 114 of Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
$600.00 in lieu of park dedication, a $75.00 submittal fee and
approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is conditioned upon
the basis that the second garage structure is within the size
limits of the lot on which it is now located, and the Zoning
Officer review the lots so that they are not located in the
wetland floodplain.
