RECOMMENDING ACQUISTION OF EASEMENT
WOODS ROADIMYSTIC TO DURHAM SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, The City has determined that it is necessary to
obtain an easement for the Woods Road/Mystic to Durham Sewer
Project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does
hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the acquistion
of the easement for the Woods Road/Mystic to Durham Sewer
Project.
