APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
FREEDOM ACRES ADDN. NO.l SIGN
FREEDOM AVENUE AND MCSHANE DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a 4' x4' temporary
sign to introduce Freedom Acres Addn. No. 1 Subdivision at the
intersection of Freedom Avenue and McShane Drive, on November 20,
1984, with subsequent extensions of time, and
WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance permits further extensions
for six month intervals with the Plan Commission approval until
such time as 75% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS, Freedom Acres Addn. No. 1 has not reached 75%
development, and
WHEREAS, a recent inspection showed the sign remains in
satisfactory condition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve an extension of six months
for the 4' x 4' temporary sign to introduce Freedom Acres Addn.
No. 1 Subdivision, which is located at the intersection of
Freedom Avenue and McShane Drive.
