APPROVAL OF SKETCH ~~
INDUSTRIAL PARK
ARLEN DELP
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted to divide Lot 6, Block
2 in the Muskego Industrial Park into two lots, and
WHEREAS, Both lots will meet the requirements of the zoning
ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The L-shaped lot is necessary because that portion
that abuts Racine Avenue does not have access and the entire lot
will access to Apollo Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the division of Lot 6, Block
2 in the Muskego Industrial Park as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a certified survey map to finalize this division
subject to a $75.00 submittal fee and approval by the city
engineers.
