PCR1985169RESOLUTION #P.C. 169-85 APPROVAL OF SKETCH MICHAEL NOWITZKE WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a lot in the NE 1/4 of Section 8 ~ and WHEREAS, This is zoned RS-2 requiring 20,000 square feet and 110 feet average width, and WHEREAS, This subdivision ordinance requires every lot to abut a public way or street by 30 feet, and WHEREAS, The proposed division would leave a lot with a dwelling on it to distinguish the difference of the two with 22.99 feet abutting Shore Lane, and WHEREAS, The would would conform in all other aspects. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the ( City of Muskego does hereby approve the division of the lot located in the NE 1/4 of Section 8, and grant a variance of 7.1 feet. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this division along with a $75.00 submittal fee and $200.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
