APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
TOWN OF NORWAY
FRANK DEAK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by George J.
Appel, land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel
division of the Frank Deak property in the NE 1/4 of Section 16,
Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the
extraterritiorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the Frank Deak property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 16, Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee.
