RECOMMENDING REZONING FROM RSM TO RSM-OPD
VILLA DEL RIO APARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Paschke and Associates have submitted a petition
to change the district map in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 to change
the zoning from RSM to RSM - OPD, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct nine, twelve unit,
buildings, and
WHEREAS, The site plan has been reviewed by Planning
Consultant Mangiamele, and
WHEREAS, He is recommending approval conditioned on a more
led use of the area for the proposed pond and availibilty of
' without a lift station, and
WHEREAS, It conforms to the Comphrensive Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the district map be amended in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 from RSM
to RSM - OPD zoning.
