APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
JOHN SCHAAL
WHEREAS, John Schaal was notified that the development on
his property, located at S76 W18149 Janesville Road did not
conform to the approved site plan previously submitted, and
WHEREAS, He was requested to resubmit a new site plan, and
WHEREAS, That site plan was submitted on November 5,
1985. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the site plan submitted by John Schaal conditioned upon the
gravel area being asphalted by May 1, 1987 .
