APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
ALLAN ALBRECHT
WHEREAS, Allan Albrecht located at S103 W14363 Loomis Drive
has requested permission to construct a 26' x 36' and not more
than 15'. in height, unattached, second garage structure on his
property, and
WHEKEAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
sthstantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this Agricultural
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of Allan Albrecht for a 26' x 36' and not more that
15' in height. unattached, second garage structure at 5103 W14363
Loomis Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with this
residential neighborhood.
