PCR1985159RESOLUTION f1P.C. 159-85 APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE ROBERT AND AMY SCHENDEL WHEREAS, Robert and Amy Schendel located at W210 S6956 Stonecrest Road have requested permission to construct a 24' x 24' and not more than 15', in height, unattached, second garage structure on their property, and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RCE District, and WHEREAS, An appeal will be submitted to the Board of Appeal for a variance of 40' in offset, and WHEREAS, The garage will be of frame construction with Texture 111 siding to match the house. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Robert and Amy Schendel for a 24' x 24' and not more that 15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at W210 S6956 Stonecrest Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and use of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
