APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
SINDIC OLDSMOBILE
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Sindic Oldsmobile,
located at S78 W18755 Janesville Road for a 72 square foot flat
wall sign to be located on the front or west side of the
building, and
WHEREAS, The letters on the sign are wood with plastic
faced letters. and
WHEREAS, The word, "Sindic" is 18" x 8' and the word,
"Oldsmobile" is 3' x 20', and
WHEREAS, This sign does not exceed 5% of the total wall
area which is approximately 1400 square feet in this 8-4
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby approve the 72 square foot flat wall
sign to be located on the front or west side of the property
located at S78 W18755 Janesville Road.
