APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE
UNITED AUTO BODY
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to construct a 36' x
30' addition for the property located at S73 W16437 Janesville
Road hown as United Auto Body, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, The proposed addition is to house a spray booth
which requires an expansion of the conditional use grant #71, and
WHEREAS, Improvements have been made to the property. and
WHEREAS, This is a commerical building and under the
Department of Industry and Labor Relations, it is permissible for
a foundation to be constructed prior to approval, and
WHEREAS, The City acts as agent for the state for buildings
to under 50,000 cubic feet and has given the approval to start
construction prior to the public hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby approve a 36' x 30' addition for the
purpose of housing a spray booth for the property located at S73
W16437 Janesville Road known as United Auto Body.
