APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP LINCOLN STATE BANK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Randolph L.
Rafalski, land surveyor, dated October 1. 1985, has been
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Lincoln State
Bank property in the NW 1/4 of Section 1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommends approval to
the Common Council the certified survey map for a one parcel
division of the Lincoln State Bank property located in the NW 1/4
of Section 1 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to a
$75.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park dedication and
approval of the City Engineer.
