APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FIRST BANKING CENTER
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by George J.
Appel. land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel
division of the First Banking Center property located in the SE
114 of Section 5, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the First Banking Center property located in
the SE 114 of Section, Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee, and approval by the Town of
Norway and Racine County.
