APPROVAL OF ADDITION
WIZA INDUSTRIES
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 120' x 100' addition
to the rear of Wiza Industries. addressed at 582 W18762 Gemini
Drive, and
WHEREAS, This proposed addition is an expansion of the
present warehousing use, and
WHEREAS, This proposed addition meets the requirements of
the zoning ordinance and rules of the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, This proposed addition will conform in design to
the existing building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the 120' x 100' addition for
Wiza Industries. addressed at S82 W18762 Gemini Drive in the
Industrial Park.
