APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, The City is in the process of developing an
addition to the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has approved the road layout
in Resolution t1P.C. 20-85 on March 3, 1985, and
WHEREAS, There cannot be standard division of lots until it
is determined what size the lot the buyer requires, and
WHEREAS, These divisions must have Plan Commission approval
as they occur.
THEKEFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That based on the approval of
road layout sketch, the Plan Commission approve the division of
this road and convey to the Common Council as dedicated roads in
the City.
