APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MARK KOENIG
WHEREAS, Mark Koenig, located at W138 S7076 Sherwood Circle
has requested permission to construct a 24' x 36' and not more
than 15', in height, unattached, second garage structure on his
property, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
"
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of Mark Koenig for a 24' x 36' and not more that 15'
in height, unattached, second garage structure at W138 S7076
Sherwood Circle.
