APPROVAL OF HORSE STABLE
STEVE HEYER
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted from Steve Heyer to
construct a 24' x 32' horse stable on the property located at
W185 S9086 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS. Section 8.01 (7) B 2. states that on lots of more
than three acres, all buildings exceeding 240 square feet are
subject to Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may approve the combined
square footage of the outbuildings in an undeveloped area when
those outbuildings exceed 1% of the lot area.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the reques.t of Steve Heyer to
construct a 24' x 32' horse stable on the property located at
W185 S9086 Racine Avenue
