RESOLUTION tP.C. 147-85
APPROVAL OF POLE BARN
BOB HOORMANN
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted from Bob Hoorrnann to
construct a 40' x 63' pole building on the property addressed at
S77 W15483 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, Section 8.01 (7) B 2. states that on lots of more
than three acres, all buildings exceeding 240 square feet are
subject to Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may approve the combined
square footage of the outbuildings in an undeveloped area, and
WHEREAS, There are presently more outbuildings that exceed
the 1% limit, and
WHEREAS, Three of these building will be removed and
replaced with one, making the total square footage more
conforming than now exists.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Bob Hoorrnann
to construct a 40' x 63' pole building on the property addressed
at S77 W15483 Woods Road.
