APPROVAL OF SIGN
PARKLAND PHOTO LAB
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Parkland Photo for
a 5' x 8' free standing illuminated sign to be located at S75
W17461 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign was previously located at the Bolt "Old
Country Store", and
WHEKEAS. The sign will be illuminated by eight 40 watt
flourescent tubes and two 60 watt ornamental carriage lamps, and
WHEREAS, The sign will meets the requirements in this B-3
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Parkland Photo
for a 5' x 8' free standing illuminated sign to be located at S75
W17461 Janesville Road.
