APPROVAL OF SATELLITE DISH
ED HALLADA
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Ed Hallada, to
construct a satellite dish at the property addressed at W129
S6903 Maclen Drive, and
WHEREAS, Approval for a satellite dish was granted in
Resolution I1P.C. 122-85, on September 3, 1985. and this request
would change the location of the dish to the roof of the home,
and
WHEREAS, The dish is mounted on a 5' pole and the dish is
5' high totaling 10' from the roof line, and
WHEREAS, The dish will be located on the south or rear of
the home, and will be screened by gables.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Ed Hallada to
construct a satellite dish on the roof of the home addressed at
W129 S6903 Maclen Drive.
