RECOMMMENDING ACQUISTION OF SEWER EASEMENT
ST. PAUL'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH
WHEREAS, The City has determined that it is necessary to
obtain a 30' sewer easement located at the end of Sayroyan Road
extending along from the east property line of St. Paul's
Evangelical Lutheran Church.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquistion of the 30'sewer easement for St.
Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
