APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WILLIAM KISSNER
WHEREAS, William Kissner located at W207 S6722 High Bluff
Drive, has requested permission to construct a 24' x 26' and not
more than 15'. in height, unattached, second garage structure on
his property, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RCE District, and
WHEREAS, The existing shed will be removed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of William Kissner for a 24' x 26' and not more that
15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at W207 S6722
High Bluff Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with this
residential neighborhood.
