APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP TOWN OF NORWAY
EDWARD AND BARBARA PALMER
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Gary B. Foat.
land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel
division of the Edward and Barbara Palmer property in the NE 1/4
of Section 17, Windemere Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the
extraterritorial jurisdicition of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common council, the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the Edward and Barbara Palmer property in the
NE 1/4 of Section 17 in the Windemere Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the $75.00 submittal fee, and approval of the Town of Norway and
Racine County.
