RESOLUTION I1P.C. 139-85
APPROVAL OF SKETCH - BAY POINT SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted by Joseph S.
Kroeninger. surveyor, and
WHEREAS, it shows a possible fourteen lot subdivision with
lots one through four being substandard in width, and
WHEREAS. all the other lots will comply to the zoning
ordinance, and
2.5 of the Land Division Ordinance which states, "wherein the
judgement of the Plan Commission, it would be inappropriate to
apply literally the provisions of Section 7, the Plan Commission
may waive or modify any requirement to the extent deemed lust and
proper, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission can grant variances in Section
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Subdivider to submit four
separate certified survey maps for the final divisions.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for the fourteen
lot division known as the Bay Point Subdivision as submitted.
