APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ARTHUR BOSTATER
WHEREAS, A certified survey map, prepared by Robert A.
Pagels, Land Surveyor, dated September 25, 1985. has been
submitted to finalize a four parcel division of the Arthur
Bostater property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 32. and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the revised sketch
for this division in Resolution #P.C. 99-85. and
WHEREAS, The revised sketch showed a cul-du-sac and four
lots with shared accesses to the north of the proposed cul-du-
sac.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the
approve/disapprove
certified survey map for a four parcel division of the Arthur
Bostater property in the SW 1/4 of Section 32. and recommends
approval to the Common Council.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
a $75.00 submittal fee, $800.00 in lieu of park dedication, and
approval of the City Engineer.
