APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF CHAIN LINK FENCE
PAT HIGGINS
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Pat Higgins to
construct a chain link fence at the property located in the NE
114 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, This 100' x 80' fence will be 6 feet high
including barbed wire. and
WHEREAS, The fenced in area will be used for storing
structural iron, tower sections, large steel horses, trailers,
and trucks.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby disapproval the request
approve/disapprove
of Pat Higgins to construct a 100' x 80' and 6' high, including
barbed wire, chain link fence for the property located in the NE
114 of Section 17.
