APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
AUD MAR
WHEREAS, the final plat, dated August 14. 1985, has been
submitted by Stanley J. Potrykus, Land Surveyor, for a 13 lot
proposed subdivision located in Section 15, known as Aud Mar
Estates, and
dated February 15. 1985, in Resolution #P.C. 18-85 on March 5.
1985. and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved the preliminary plat
WHEREAS, the proposed lots meet the requirements of RS-3
zoning, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lots are to be served by municipal
sewer, and
WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the Subdivider to
provide the cul-de-sac at the west end of the development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat of the Aud Mar Estates, a 13 lot proposed subdivision located in Section 15.
receipt of favorable reports and recommendations from all
objecting and approving agencies and affected city boards, commissions and departments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
Plan Commission
