ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
KEN MILLER
WHEREAS, Ken Miller has requested permission to construct a
24' x 34' and not more than 15'. in height, unattached, second
garage structure on his property located in the NE 1/4 of Section
2, Lot 2, and
WHEREAS, The purpose of this second garage is for storage
while the principle structure is being built, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of Ken Miller for a 24' x 34' and not more that 15'
in height. unattached, second garage structure in the NE 1/4 of
Section 2, Lot 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with this
residential neighborhood.
