FREEDOM SQUARE F4
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission recommended a public hearing
be held for the change of plan on the property known as Freedom
Square #4, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, Planner Mangiamele has recommended a plan of
Freedom Square #4 including landscaping plans, lighting plans,
parking plans and truck service facilities, and
WHEREAS, This is a one parcel division, and
WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted for this parcel
showing the asphalt parking to accoboraate 57 cars and location of
the building 14' from the south lot line.
