APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
CHRIS A. WOLFGRAM
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Chris A. Wolfgram
for the property located at W146 S6450 Tess Corners Drive for the
purpose of using the existing building for restoring furniture.
and
WHEREAS, The process will include the stripping, repairing
and refinishing wood or metal furniture, and
WHEREAS, This is permitted use in this 1-1 District. and
WHEREAS, This use is conditioned upon the federal, state,
and local laws, and
WHEREAS. The hours of operation will be Monday thru
Thursday from 9:00 A.M. to 5 00 P.M., Friday from 9 00 A.M. to
8 00 P.M. and Saturday from 9 00 A.M. to 1 00 P.M., and
WHEREAS, There will be no outside storage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby approve the building site and
operational plan of Chris A. Wolfgram for the property located in
the Industrial Park addressed at W146 S6450 Tess Corners Drive.
