ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
KENNETH WASHBURN
WHEREAS, Kenneth Washburn, located at W149 S6550 Spring Lane
has requested permission to construct a 24' x 24' and not more
than 15', in height, unattached, second garage structure on his
property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of Kenneth Washburn for a second garage structure at
W149 S6550 Spring Lane to be no greater than 26' in width, 24' in
depth and 15' in height.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, since the architectual style is not
identical to the neighborhood, the Plan Commission approves of
this particular design.
