WHEREAS, Cynthia Heckert, acting for Mr. and Mrs. Clyde
Heckert her parents, has submitted a petition for a conditional
use grant to permit construction of a mother-in-law unit at S79
W18181 West Tower Drive, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, The request meets the requirements of Section 8.01
(7) C. 10 of the Mus keg0 Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The total living space in this addition will not
0 exceed 800 sq. feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Cynthia
Heckert, acting for Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Heckert, her parents, for
a conditional use to permit construction of a mother-in-law unit
at S79 W18181 West Tower Drive.
