APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - TOWN OF NORWAY
DENNIS T. AND KATHLEEN BROPHEY and
JAMES M. VAA AND NANCY K. VAA
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Randolph L.
Rafalski, has been submitted to finalize a four parcel division
of the Dennis T. Brophey, and Kathleen Brophey and James M. Vaa
and Nancy K. Vaa property, in the NW 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a four
parcel division of the Dennis T. and Kathleen Brophey and James
M. Vaa and Nancy K. Vaa property, in the NW 114 of Section 8
Plan Commission
