APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF BERM
WILLIAM M. WEBSTER
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the landscaping plan
along Highway 24 in Gurnsey Meadows #1 in 1978, and
WHEREAS, The landscaping plan used plantings on 30' buffer
strip being part of the lots that abut 24, and
WHEREAS, William Webster has requested permission to place
a berm on this 30' planting buffer, and
WHEREAS, This would constitue a change in the landscaping
plan approved by the Plan Commission in 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, approve the change by per-
approve/disapprove
mitting a berm along Highway 24 for Lot 74 in the Gurnsey Meadows
#1 Subdivision.
