APPROVAL OF SKETCH
ROBERT BEQUEST
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Robert Bequest for
a one parcel division of the property located at W203 510630
North Shore Drive, and
WHEREAS, This division conforms to the requirements in this
RS-2 District, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the property located at W203 S10630 North Shore
Drive .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division along with a $75.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of
park dedication and approval of the City Engineer.
