APPROVAL OF BOATHOUSE
JAMES R. GENT2
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by James R. Gentz for
a 32' x 24' boathouse for the property addressed at W198 S11091
Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The boathouse will be used for storing furniture
before the principal structure is being constructed, and
WHEREAS, The principal structure will have an attached
garage, and Plan Commission approval will be necessary for a
second garage structure.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 32' x 24' boathouse for the property addressed at W198 S11091
Rac ine Avenue.
