APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
WISCONSIN COIL SPRING
WHEREAS, A plan has been submitted by Wisconsin Coil Spring
for S82 W19151 Apollo Drive, Lot 5 of the Industrial Park to
construct a 150' x 120' building, and
WHEREAS, This would provide parking for 240 employees, and
WHEREAS, The plans appear to meet the requirements of the
rules and regulations of the Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Building Site and
Operation Plan for Wisconsin Coil Spring located at S82 W19151
Apollo Drive.
